SHIPPING & RETURNS

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-4 working days, while Express Shipping arrives within 1-3 working days. To ensure same-day dispatch for Express orders, please place your order before 12:00pm. We use Royal Mail as our courier and every order will be issued with a tracking number.

For international orders we use the courier DPD UK. Shipping takes around 2-11 business days, depending on the location.

Important Note: Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you can track its journey using the tracking details provided. REFUND POLICY

At Azhara, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand how essential it is to receive the right product in perfect condition. Therefore, we offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Size Received – If the item you receive is not the size you ordered, you may request a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Damaged Item – If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and include clear photo evidence of the damage.

The item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact – to be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: Refunds are not available for reasons other than receiving the wrong size or a damaged product.
